Also, it's very well made and a nice color. I had tried a variety of small horse sizes on my 12.2 pony, 640 lb. The "Medium pony" size fit my Shetland and my two hackney-style ponies that are about 12HH. This one is perfect and fit all of them! Do not pay attention to the "weanling" label, as others have commented. I had a hard time finding halters to fit their little heads, especially with the breakaway feature required at my barn. I bought a couple of these for my little angels. Great fit and quality! The small just fits my Shetland. This halter looks great and fits perfectly on the last hole adjustment, however if your pony is 12h and over this halter will not fit. ![]() I had trouble finding pony tack that fit a 11h pony. I orderes the small break away halter in hunter green for our 10 hd Hackney cross pony-it looks beautiful on him & fits him well! Always well made products!
